Founded in 1979, medium-sized company HELLMERICH Precision Components today employs just under 100 staff at its Seeboden site in Austria. HELLMERICH manufactures machining units, tool change systems, and driven tools for machine tools.
The company, which is based in the Kaernten region of Austria, also specializes in prototype-building, production of precision parts (turning, milling, and grinding) and unit assembly (spindles, gearboxes and fixtures).
Hellmerich technology is used primarily in the production lines of the automotive industry. As well as needing to achieve a high level of precision, the components also need to be durable enough to withstand the stresses of continuous serial production.
In order to ensure that these high quality standards are maintained, Hellmerich covers almost the entire value chain with state-of-the-art machinery within the company. HELLMERICH is certified to quality standard ISO 9001 and environmental management system standard ISO 14001.
Well-known machinery companies and machine tool building companies know they can, and do, count on the quality of our products. Hellmerich technology is used worldwide in machining centers, rotary machine tables, special machines, transfer lines and transfer centers.
Our core expertise is the development, production and assembly of precise equipment for machine tools. We develop tailormade solutions for highly accurate and efficient machining processes. Our technical advice and the flexibility to meet individual requirements makes us a reliable partner for our customers. The basis for our success are qualified and motivated employees who are appreciated by our company as well as a cooperative relationship with our suppliers. All of our entrepreneurial decisions are based on our company policy regarding sustainability and efficiency.
